Grab a slice of New York's finest pizza, pour yourself a cup of steaming coffee, and join the vibrant and endearing crew from Astoria, Queens. In this charming neighborhood, two lovable small-time con men are determined to turn their lives around and simply embrace the joys of living.

Charlie Boy, a grieving father struggling to cope with the loss of his son, finds solace in his lovable friend Tommy G, despite Tommy's gambling problem. Convinced that he possesses the charm and charisma of Tom Hardy, Tommy G turns to Charlie for financial assistance. Together, these two unlikely allies embark on a daring adventure to rob a liquor store, aiming to repay Tommy G's debt to a fearsome mob boss before it costs him his life.

However, they soon discover that the liquor store they targeted is owned by none other than the notorious mob boss Big Angie, to whom Tommy G owes a significant sum. Determined to rectify their mistake and save Tommy G from certain doom, Charlie Boy rallies his loyal friends, including the ever-supportive Shakes, his ex-wife Donna (played by the talented Kelly Le Brock), and the close-knit community of Astoria.
